JMOON PROMOTIONS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR HOMELESS EVENT
Needed: Volunteers to come sing or play Christmas Songs for the Homeless Families and Children on Dec. 13th – 11:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., and then 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. You don’t have to do it for the entire 2 hours, but can do partial times. Expecting 500 people.
We need other Volunteers too! Let me know if you can help, please, and I can get you signed up.
When: Saturday, December 13th from 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Clients will come in two waves at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.)
Where: CCN facilities at1585 Kingston Street, Aurora, CO 80010
Volunteer Needs: Set-Up, Clean-Up, Food Prep, Food Service, Volunteer Room Management, Arts & Crafts, Wrapping Rooms, Gift Room Monitors, Sign-In Tables, Crowd Control.
We have volunteers that come for the whole day and some for only part of the day. We’ll have a volunteer room where you can relax and snack. If you’re eating at the party, we encourage you to grab a plate, sit down with the families, and enjoy getting to know this community.
We also have a present sorting volunteer opportunity on Sunday, December 7th, if you guys would like to help that way. It will also be here at CCN from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. We get hundreds of gifts that need to be sorted by age and gender the week prior to make the Holiday Party go smoothly.
