Bob Yeazel of Sugarloaf and so many other Colorado bands.

Chris Daniels writes: Thanks to all of you who sent love and good vibes and prayers to Bob Yeazel and his family. I’m so sad to report that today Bob died. He was an amazing man, father, guitar player, songwriter, showman, bandleader and friend. For those who know CD & Kings music he wrote “Beat Up Subaru” and “Nobody Knows” that the Kings recorded…and he is in the Colorado Music Hall of Fame for his years with Sugarloaf … and he was the killer guitar partner of Larry Wilkins in all those years with Freddi Henchi. I saw him in so many bands. He was on fire with Erica Brown and was a driving force for her, too.

Live every day, boys and girls – it’s all you’ve got – and Bob did that as well or better than any fellow musician and friend I’ve known over the years. Peace be with you and say Hi to Larry when you see him. Big hugs and love, CD
