Denver Open Media’s Music Sessions Presents the First Friday

On the first Friday of each month, DOM hosts a community event with local performance groups, musical acts and nonprofit partners. These events are broadcast live on Comcast Channel 57 in Denver as well as streamed on DOM’s website. Events are cablecast and streamed live in Denver Open Media’s Studio A.

Join DOM for this month’s Open Music Sessions on Friday, May 1, featuring a live musical performance by Felix Fast4ward.

Felix Fast4ward: Alongside intense turntable technique and musical intuition, coupled with juxtaposing obscure records that seemingly do not fit together, Felix Fast4ward creates lush and soulfully imaginative improvised compositions. Using a Looper and various other instruments (flute, guitar, harmonica, melodica, keyboards and voice), Fast4wrd reinvents the “One-Man Band.”

When: Friday, May 1st
Time: Doors at 7 pm; Live Show 8 – 10 pm
Where: Denver Open Media Studios, 700 Kalamath Street, Denver, CO
