COMBO President Barb Dye with Storm Gloor’s Music Cities class!(photo by Storm Gloor)

FYI: COMBO has many speakers that are willing to come to your class/school to talk about the Business of Music. There are so many jobs available in the industry and, if nothing else, be an entrepreneuer and start your own! We can provide brochures, magazines, promotional merchandise and other media to spark an interest in your students. We can also set up an info booth at your Career Day to connect with students who have a love of music but don’t know where to start. And if they’d like to continue their education with a degree in music, we have info from some of the top colleges and universities in Colorado to help guide them along their musical path, including the ever prestigious Metropolitan State University, both campuses of the University of Colorado, and the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley if teaching music is a desire of theirs.

If your business, school, or college/university has informational promo that you would like us to include in our talks and booths, please contact Barb at President@coloradomusic.org No charge! We’ll be happy to pass them out for you!

For reference, we have done booths for Career Days at Grand View High School and several junior high schools; speakers have talked at East High School and Warren Tech North; and we’ve talked to college and university classes such as the one in the attached photo – taken by Storm Gloor at his Music Cities program at the University of Colorado – Denver – wherein Barb Dye talked about the music scene in Colorado and told about how COMBO can help you after you’ve graduated!
