Want to help the arts, culture, and science landscape in Jefferson County? The Jefferson County Cultural Council is now seeking candidates for several open council positions to make funding recommendations as to how Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) Tier III funds should be allocated to arts, culture, and science organizations in Jefferson County.
The council is comprised of a dynamic, nine-member volunteer committee appointed by the Jefferson County Commissioners.
Current Openings:
District 2 – one position
District 3 – two positions
At-Large – one position
