COMBO and the City of Centennial, along with promotions company Local Sounds OnLine will be presenting a series of family-oriented concerts on the third Saturday of each month during the summer starting on June 21st at the new Centennial Center Park Amphitheater, located at 13050 East Peakview Avenue, Centennial, CO 80112. The show will be hosted by COMEDY 103.1.

The first concert will feature internationally acclaimed artist John Adams with the Lakewood Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Adams presents his honorarium to the songs and life of the late, great John Denver. Encouraged to sing along, the audience will be treated to John Denver’s life’s story with a chronology of his songs including Annie’s Song, Thank God I’m a Country Boy and, of course, Colorado’s own new state co-song Rocky Mountain High (with more than one meaning here!) Big Wink, Wink!!!

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters programs as well as benefitting COMBO.

Time: Doors open at 4:00 p.m.; shows start at 7:00 p.m.
Cost: $17 per person

The July 19th concert headlines national country star JoDee Messina, hosted by 98.5 KYGO and  August 17th’s show will feature Eddy Powers Elvis “Tribute” hosted by CRUISIN’ 995 AM.
