● One of the young people killed in the shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School was an aspiring musician. Alexander Schachter, 14, played the trombone and baritone as part of the Eagle Regiment marching band and had hoped to continue his career in music in college. Alex’s mom passed away a few months ago so he joins her. COMBO’s sincerest condolences go to Alex’s family and especially to his father. Alex was an only child. A Go Fund Me has been set up – please donate to help his family out with additional expenses and to establish a scholarship fund to keep Alex’s spirit alive: https://www.gofundme.com/55jm4g8
