Denver’s School of Rock House Band Plays Red Rocks Film Fest!
As one of the most popular, highly attended summer film events in the region, the Film on the Rocks Summer Series is back – with a new twist. Join us for the 21st Film on the Rocks Summer Series. Like nearly every other aspect of our lives today, this year’s Film on the Rocks program has adapted and will offer a limited number of guests a chance to enjoy a first-of-its-kind, drive-in movie experience at the iconic Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre. Films include: Grease, Straight Outta Compton, Into the Spider-Verse, The Goonies, Clueless, Scream, The Big Lebowski, Rudy, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Jurassic Park, and Field of Dreams. Tickets go on sale Aug. 11, 10:00 a.m. and the series runs Thursday through Sunday at 7:30 p.m. for three weeks starting Aug. 13 [tonight!].
2020 FILM ON THE ROCKS – THE DRIVE-IN
The Film on the Rocks Summer Series is back for its 21st season – with a new twist! Enjoy a first-of-its-kind drive-in movie experience at the iconic Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre.
Each film will be presented on an LED screen located in the Red Rocks Lower South Lot 2 parking area with audio delivered via a designated FM radio frequency. Guests will be required to remain inside their vehicles for the duration of the events.
Film on the Rocks is a collaborative production of the Denver Film Society and Denver Arts & Venues.
