DENVER, CO —After remaining dormant throughout 2020, Levitt Pavilion Denver is proud to announce the first shows of our 2021 comeback concert series of free concerts in Ruby Hill Park this summer. The Levitt Pavilion Denver mission of building community through music is more essential than ever as we work to rebuild connections following lockdowns. Levitt Pavilion is returning with a focus on the health and safety of our patrons, observing all state and city recommendations for sanitation while requiring masks and social distancing throughout the venue with the addition of pod seating at the start of our concert season. Venue protocols will adapt throughout the summer according to prescribed guidelines.

As a result of cancelling our 2020 concert season, our non-profit music organization and venue suffered a lose of 2 million in revenue. While concerts are free to attend, donations and VIP upgrades are essential to help rebound from unprecedented losses and to keep the music going for years to come. Levitt Pavilion Denver has just launched our Comeback Fund, hoping to raise $25,000 to fuel our comeback season. Supporters are encouraged to give tax-deductible donations or purchase an annual membership that includes VIP seating and complimentary beverages

Levitt expects to open with a capacity of just over 3,800 patrons, about half our maximum capacity under regular conditions. While general admission is free, RSVP for our four-person pod seating will be mandatory this year. Our bookings will include a diverse lineup of local Colorado based artists, national, and international talent in a wide array of music genres.

Executive Director, Chris Zacher adds “We’re excited to be opening the doors to Levitt Pavilion for the first time since October of 2019. This past year has been challenging for the music industry and for many in our community. We understand the healing power of music especially when it’s combined with community building. We are looking forward to having everyone back on our lawn singing and dancing together this summer.”

Levitt Pavilion Denver’s 2021 free concert season will begin on May 14th and is expected to run through early October, making it out longest season yet.
