Colorado Music Collective’s Installment #XXVI will be held Tuesday, April 10th, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Syntax Physic Opera. Guest Speaker will be Ira Sweetwine of the Sweetwine Entertainment Group.
Ira Sweetwine has built a sustainable career as an agency owner and booking agent for national touring artists. From humble musical beginnings which began over 20+ years ago, Ira spent upwards of 10 years on the road as a professional touring musician. It was there he began learning about the business side of the industry, handling the booking, management and day to day of the bands he was touring in. In 2007 he founded Sweetwine Entertainment Group, a full-service booking & management agency, representing a wide variety of artists, from Grammy winners to rising young bands. SEG grew to be the second largest national booking agency based in Colorado. At the start of 2018, after an 11-year run with his own company, Sweetwine negotiated a deal to merge SEG into L.A. based agency, The Empire Agency, where he is now a partner and head of the Denver Office.
