Entries for the 14th Annual Nebraska American String Teachers Fiddle Tune Composition Contest were received from Colorado (Aurora, Louisville, Monument), Maryland (Accokeek), Nebraska (Bellevue, Lincoln), Ohio (Bowling Green), Virginia (Arlington), Washington (Olympia), Wyoming (Cheyenne), Canada (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia)

The results are as follows:
First Place: Olive the Dog, by Steve Scott, Cheyenne, WY
Second Place: Hard Frost, by Steve Scott, Cheyenne, WY
Third Place: Lament for Kelley and Sam, by Steve Lehr, Bellevue, NE

Best Viola Tune: Olive the Dog, by Steve Scott, Cheyenne, WY
