Please join us on Monday, October 25th at 6:50 p.m. (MDT) The program will be hosted by COMBO Member Jamie Krutz and will feature speaker Tony “T-Loop” Molina on “How to Navigate Spotify – and Get Your Money! Also joining on the panel will be Ryan Holiday and Isaac Sherman. The meeting is open to all ages.

This will be a live Zoom meeting, details below. A recording of the meeting will be made available to COMBO members a few days later.

TLooP is short for Tony Molina loops. T Combines the artistry of his musical background with percussion into these groovy Ambient, Chill Hop, Lofi live loops. Much of his music is played for Yoga and Relaxation; However, you can find him jamming out in Espanol as well. T is a father, teacher and innovator.

*Disclaimer: T says: I am not an expert in this field, I am simply sharing a few methods that worked for me in growing my audiences on Streaming platforms.

Spotify pays 0.006 of a penny per stream. This means an artist would need 25,000 streams per 24 hr period to earn a mere 100$ USD (kinda discouraging).

It’s just not about the micro payments, It’s really about the online presence and the doors that it can open.

The social proof counts for a lot!!! And like I said, it can take you many places. You can even charge more per performance based on your numbers.

Spotify will publicly list how many people an artists has streaming them. This is based off a 28 day (monthly) period.

● Ryan Holiday of “Zen That Beat” is a Prime example of this. Mr Holiday has a become a personal friend on T-Loop. He is also an Yoga Musician and Producer who T collaborates with a lot.

ZTB will discuss the ADD’s how they work and how to boost up for presence based on the FB adds manager platform

If you happen upon Ryan Holiday setting up gear at the front of a yoga studio, please, don’t call him a DJ. While Holiday might be using beats, loops, and rhythms to bring an invigorating dynamism to yoga classes across the country, his music as Zen That Beat is interactive, original, and fluid in a way someone simply spinning records would never be able to achieve.

Holiday, an international performer based out of the US and Germany, has released over eighteen albums, written scores for movies and TV, and produced his own musical. Yet it took the combination of a personal low and a random request from a friend to point him to his new path. “I was in a desperate state of mind,” relates Holiday. “After a failed marriage, another failed album, and a failed tour I was gasping for air.” It turns out an old friend named Cheryl had also just come off an unhappy marriage, and was finding solace in her passion for teaching yoga. She asked Holiday to write some music for her classes, and Holiday reluctantly agreed.

● Isaac Sherman is in as our third panelist. Isaac achieved 300,000 Spotify streams for two songs, plus another 100,000 or so on other platforms. He will talk about how he did it. He’s a CU sophomore studying marketing.

More on our panelists next week!
