SWALLOW HILL ANNOUNCES DENVER’S UKEFEST!

It’s uke time! Swallow Hill Music presents the eighth annual Denver Ukefest May 14-16. This year’s festival artists include Leftover Cuties,Victor & Penny, Victoria Vox, Danielle Ate the Sandwich, Stuart Fuchs aka “Stukulele,” and Lil’ Rev.

Denver Ukefest, which began in 2008, features workshops, jams and concerts celebrating the happy little instrument. Workshops for all levels of uke players with performing artists, jams and concerts make up what could possibly be the happiest music festival in Denver. “You can’t be unhappy playing the ukulele,” says uke student Jennifer Masteller. “It’s the most cheerful sound.”

SATURDAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR BLUEGRASS CAMP TUITION DISCOUNT

Although recent snows may have you thinking more about plowing rather than pickin’, June will be here before you know it! Along with the glorious sunshine and green foliage of summer comes the Pagosa Bluegrass Camp for Kids and the Pagosa Bluegrass Jam Camp, followed by the 10th Annual Pagosa Folk ‘N Bluegrass festival. We hope you can join us for nearly a full week of festivities that gets underway on Tuesday, June 2, 2015.
