[Sign up TODAY, December 17th] Next Sunday, December 20th, we’re going to be having a community Open Stage. What does that mean? It means that YOU can share whatever you’ve been working on. Music? Visual arts? Jewelry making? Collage? Pottery? Whatever!!
I know, I know:
“But it’s just a hobby.”
“But I don’t know what I’m doing.”
“But I’m not good yet.”
I’ve been there and believe me, I understand. The first open stages I played were some of the most terrifying experiences of my life (think: hands too sweaty to play the guitar, singing off key, forgetting lyrics). But, taking those risks before I was good was how I eventually got good.
So, let’s try something new, have some fun and get to know each other! Come to share or just enjoy and support the other artists.
What: Open Stage. Bring a song, a story, whatever you’ve got.
When: Sunday, December 20th, 12:00-1:00pm Mountain
Where: The Zoom Stage
Cost: Free to play or watch, but you must REGISTER by TODAY Thursday, December 17th. Details on the registration page.
How much time each artist has will depend on how many sign-ups we get.
