If you have not yet registered to attend the 2016 Colorado Performing Arts Jamboree – the only performing arts trade show in Colorado – do it NOW!
To be sure your information is included on all printed matter at the Jamboree you must register by Monday, January 18th – yes, it’s a postal holiday, but the internet is always open! This year we are able to offer online registration – it’s easier than ever!
The Jamboree is Friday, January 22, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Jeffco Fairgrounds. Just set up at your exhibit space and let the buyers come to you.
Our marketing goes out to over 2,000 event producers and talent buyers in Colorado. Each year we try new ways of getting the word out. This year we have added a LinkedIn group and we are pleased to see new buyers registering through that connection. The new website is being well received and the addition of online registration is also helping presenters register easily. The first of the year always brings a spike in registrations from municipal and special district presenters who have to pay for things in the same year they attend, so the Venture West office has been hopping this week! Presenters registered so far include community presenters, libraries, senior living facilities, and range in size from Denver International Airport to the town of Gypsum (fun fact – the presenters in these two locations are sisters!)
The Jamboree is a comfortable, friendly place to do business. Join us for lunch, see some colleagues and customers, and get some gigs!
