Friends of the expo! If you attended the February conference, you may have seen and already contributed to the fundraiser we did for long-time DSE alum, our friend Megan Burtt. She is an immensely talented artist, performer, and writer (check out her beautiful performance with the Colorado Symphony) and had to cancel all her gigs this year because of Lyme disease; she is currently struggling to pay medical bills or even get out of bed.

Davy Allard Having Procedure Done – Needs Prayers
From Davy Allard: So I’m having a procedure done on my heart Wednesday [yesterday]. Might fix what makes it hurt to breath…
Annette Cannon: Big hugs….yep, the heart is usually the culprit with breathing difficulties, unless you have a lung related diagnosis. If its an ablation, I hear they work well. Prayers for you Davy!
Davy: Thanks Annette, I know you know. We’ve been trying to unsuccessfully treat it as asthma. They’re going to do a cath and see what’s going on. Might be some blockage but also some rhythm stuff too. I’ll post an update!
Annette: Love you and will be keeping you in thought. Cath’s sure will tell what’s going on…hope its not a blockage, but if it is, they will fix it right then during the cath! If its rhythm, that can be regulated… So super good thoughts for you.
